When you get in that position, you’re bound to get hit in the back of the head. Mirgliotti did a good job stopping it because there were 2 hits to the back, but Nobre gave up. Those weren’t hard hits. Whatever happened to a man’s pride. He shouldn’t want to win like that. He could’ve kept fighting.

I think kenny was right no way was that the back of the head all of those shots were to the area behind the ear not the back of the skull. Nobre got saved by a bad call in my opinion.

The elbow was nasty and it was right behind the head,then 2 more power shots.That doesn’t feel really good.Yes he “acted” out his injury even if it still hurt him but this should be a NC not a DQ.

Sure enough Alcantara just pounding away at the back of his head. Good call Mirgliata those were clearly back of the head we dont want to give out victories like Belfort over Akiyama.
