JUDO baby!.. so under rated in MMA… even the great Machida practices against a Judo gold medalist.

Anyone thinking of taking BJJ an a self defense should think judo, get the fight over even before rolling on the ground.

hey edu, maybe not in your club or any judo match you been to, but in my gym and clubs we been doing it for years…..so negative jiu jitsu came from judo……
