
World Victory Road and HDNet Fights have reached an agreement to broadcast Sengoku events, starting with Sengoku 8 on March 20. Sengoku 8 with feature the opening round of the promotion’s Featherweight Grand Prix.
The addition of Sengoku mixed martial arts bouts will help reinforce HDNet as the leader in MMA brodcasting. HDNet already airs Adrenaline MMA, Affliction, DREAM, K-1, K-1 Max, Strikeforce, Sportfight, Maximum Fighting Championships, M-1 Global, Ring of Fire, and more.
Sengoku Featherweight Grand Prix will include Chang Son Jon, Hatsu Hioki, Chris Manuel, Marlon Sandro, Nick Denis, Ronnie Mann, Masanori Kanehara, and Tatsuya Yamada.
In a super bout Sengoku 8 will have King of Pancrase light heavyweight champion Ryo Kawamura go up against showman “King Mo” Muhammed Lawal.
