Doug Marshall vs. Ariel Gandulla
Marshall makes Gandulla tapout in less than a minute into the first.
Middleweight Title Fight:
Paulo Filho vs. Chael Sonnen
Sonnen smashed Filho with two rights to start the round. Sonnen quickly picked Filho up and slammed him to the canvas on his head. “He’s out! He’s out!” Sonnen yelled to the referee. They didn’t stop it and some how Filho made it to the second.
Second round starts and Sonnen as pounding Filho again! With out warning, Filho locks in an armbar that causes Sonnen to scream like a girl. The referee halts the bout at the 4:55 point. Sonnen complains but it was a good stop.
Cub Swanson vs. Jens Pulver
Swanson went for a takedown to start. Pulver blocked it and caught him in a modified guillotine choke and Swanson tapped in the first minute.
Featherweight Title Fight:
Urijah Faber vs. Jeff Curran
Curran narrowly wins the first round. Second round Faber landed two hard standing elbows that opened up Curran’s nose. Faber mounts Curran continues throwing elbows. Curran got to his feet, but was hit with a knee that dazed him. He was soon submitted with a guillotine choke near the end of the second round.
