Good win for Koppenhaver. This fight was signed at 175 just so he could make weight. Like the announcer said he must have been around 20 pounds heavier than De Lorenzi.

It’s weird after watching War Machine’s interview explaining his gaay bar incident and other public mistakes… I kinda became a fan of his. The guy is a talented fighter who had to work in a gaay bar just to make ends meet between fights. Watch the interview, you might be surprised about what you here. Don’t get me wrong the gaay jokes are funny. But I’m glad to see WM land this fight and have his hand raised at the end! I think he’d be a great fighter if picked up by Strikeforce!!!

I’ve gone to gay bars before and im not gay. I have lots of friends who are gay. If you just want to have fun, they are usually a better place to go. Less fighting and machismo bs. Plus chicks making out is always fun.

I think this just goes to show you have shitty the UFC pay is. That fighters have to get second jobs to make ends meet. Yes warmachine isnt in the ufc anymore, but the few matches he did have didnt really give him any money.

I mean Shogun and coleman only made 40g’s a piece in that last match. They’d make more in fucking construction for petes sake. Then they have to pay trainers and medical, drugs ect. I bet those two are lucky if they clear 40g’s a year even with two or 3 fights.
