That kid needs a better gym… her ran too long early, his take down was nothing taught, he passed without dragging his knee across the belly, he never went for a submission, that was horrible.
The only thing he did right was keep circling away from the guard once on the ground.
Meh… he’s a white belt… I am being mean. He would get chewed up in SoCal Kid’s BJJ tournies. He will only get better.

I like that the ref stood them up when he saw the one kid wincing so that he could determine if he was injured or wanted to continue. He did a good job. That’s how jits should be for children. You don’t want injuries happening to kids so young, all because they keep going after they’re already in pain.
