Awesome fight and awesome job by Wandy. This was just awesome to watch BUT OMG I WISH IT WASNT JON ANIK AND KENFLO CALLING THIS FIGHT. Im sorry but it just kills the fight for me. I would have LOVED to have Rogan call this fight. People may hate how biased he can be or how crazy he gets sometimes but it wouldve made this fight so much better imo.

Wandy wasn’t cutting weight.It helps alot to not get dehydrated a little more then 24 hours before a fight and have your brain fluids evaporate when you cut 30 pounds.

Wow what a fight!! I loved every moment of this one. From Wandy coming out to a home welcoming from the Japanese fans, to the expression of happiness and supremacy portrayed by Wandy, to the slugfest by both warriors, and finally for Wandy to win(KO) back in his home and celebrate that Champion way we Wandy fans all know so much!!! Priceless!!!! I confess I even had a tear building up in the corner of my eye. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Great Fight! Great win! Wand’s chin isn’t what it used to be, I thought Stann was going to KO him like Leben did, but Wand stayed in there… Wand still has some power in those hands. Great KO for Wand… and it was in Japan too. Would have been very anti-climactic had he been KO’d… This was the perfect way for him to win.

good for wanderlei, i would have liked to see him retire in Japan last night, would have been the right call and damn sure would have not complained. I don’t want to see Wandy turn into some novelty fighter… There are very few options for him at 205… I would honestly like to see a Dan Henderson rematch. I’m sure Rashad evans would probably want to fight him.
