The major problem with Wandy beating all these sparing fighters is that they are all covering up. Brian stann will take Wandy’s best with his hands down and plant on Wandy’s chin at the same time !!!

Silva can’t just stay in the pocket and trade with Stann. He needs to mix it up. If he fights smart he should win this fight. Via take down and ground and pound.

No. Sonnen had to beat Stann and Bitchping to get his 2nd chance even after he obliterated Silva for 23 minutes. Bitchping is going to have to get passed Vitor before he gets a shot. Stann is just a stepping stone.

I don’t like this fight for Wandi. Stann isn’t a great fighter and people who beat him don’t get recognized as beating a top tier fighter. But if you lose to him then you just lost almost any chance of being a contender or being promoted to better fights(more money and status). If Wandi loses this one then most of his fans are going to lose faith in him and he will likely be canned. The risk here is worse than the risk Liddell took when he fought Ace and we all know what happened after that loss.
