The coach at the fitness gym I used to go was 56 and was more built then Wand.He never used roids he just did strenght and conditioning every day sine he was 14 and he eats extremly well.

BC u gonna type that in every Wand video hoping people will agree with you? No you are just dumb if he did and he cycled it out good for him. I am not one to assume. And in Pride he fought at 205 and was always muscular build. Looks to me like you just want to hate on Pride fighters. Ohh well looks like you ate crow on that one.
