Dude vitor was on roids back then. His age now is not to old to be in that kind of shape. A man dosnt hit his biological peak until his 30s. How many ripped dudes do you see at the gym that are in there 30s and 40s. Vitor isn’t 60 and isn’t to old to be in that shape. Anyone who looks like superman is on steroids plain and simple. Protien, steak and a pre workout will not give you that type of body alone.

Vitor was not on roids, he was just young. At this point, he had way too much muscle mass and wasn’t conditioned properly to carry all that muscle and size, and it was his own worst enemy when he fought couture back then.

If Vitor’s takedown defense is on point, his hand speed is still good and he can threaten Jones. This might even be a more favorable matchup in terms of someone beating Jones than Henderson.

Vitor is/was very fast. Jones tends to stand in front of the straight blast (Lyoto fight) – could be interesting, depending on age/speed
