Too much talk about nationality and religion in this. I remember watching Bisping as a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter back in the day. He seemed to be a fairly muted presence until fight time. Someone ran their mouth, he felt disrespected and next thing you know he’s out back with a cigar in his mouth strutting around and talking s***. Talkin bout his kid and his wife and fighting to live. I loved it! When he got handed a gift wrapped decision against Matt Hammil, and decided to talk s*** about a person that couldn’t even hear him instead of showing respect to the man that just kicked his ass, he lost me. His shitty attitude on TUF when he coached against Hendo only further pushed me away. The Brits dominated that season and as a person of English heritage I was happy for them. But when they kept talking s*** and gloating I clearly remember reminding some people that post on this very site who their coach had to fight and we all remember how that ended. All I’m getting at is Karma is a bitch. Amen to “We are all one.” Two game fighters showed up and Vitor (an OG in the sport) won. Much respect to both men and a shout out to the Brazilian crowd. Love the way they support their fighters.

It’s funny people from other countries try to bash how racist Americans are, yet when the UFC travels to other countries the American fighters are booed to a deafening level.

Like someone else mentioned Genki Sudo had it right. “We are all one”. Lets stop with the hypocritical racist BS.

Bisping is not an elite fighter. He’s never even been that good, just average. I don’t even know how some people had Bisping winning this fight. Bisping has no knockout power, he’s not a finisher, and he’s fighting a fighter whose twice the fighter he is. There’s nothing special about Bisping for people to hug his nuts like that. Garbage fighter!

A lot of people talking about Bisping choking in big fights. I just think he is not good enough to beat these elite guys. Plus what sort of a challenge would he really present for someone like Anderson Silva. Anderson’s striking is quite a few classes above Bisping’s.

Why does this site have a form option? People know their input on “fights/fighting” = less then zero and even if it was Silva saying what MB or VB should have done, how can someone care to discuss it so much? Why not just join a gym, even if its just jits.. the worse that will happen is you might be good enough to get off these sad message boards. Also most of the top earning fights are fixed. SPOILER
