Come on Victor, to go as far as to say that MMA (UFC) will be more popular than soccer in Brazil??? I am Brazilian and I can assure you that this will never happen and I am fanatic about both sports but soccer is already embedded in our DNA, and it’s a sport that people from 1 to 100 year old watch and I can’t see that with MMA.

GetSome – you are a ridiculous hater. If you knew anything about Belfort you’d know that he’s come back from tremendous adversity in his life and is a role model athlete. Honestly, there are some fighters who’ve taken roids that I despise, but I think Belfort was obviously going through a tough time in his life and made a mistake.

The UFC has brainwashed the s*** out of them even Vitor is refering to the UFC being the sport instead of a promotion.Its MMA takin over Vitor its the spread of MMA which is no holds barred fighting but they had to fabricate a name so they could call it a sport but its fist fighting with gloves just big enough to protect your wrist but I be god damn if UFC is a sport,WTF.

Belfot is talking out of his ass. Never in a million years will MMA or UFC how Vitor put it will out grow Football (soccer). Kids in brasil are born with a ball at there feet not with a gi. Plus who wants to watch two grown sweaty men in speedo trunks roll around in a cage??

We could say the same about soccer.Who wants to see 100 guys kicking a ball in massive field and never shoot on the goaler or score for 3 hours??Its all about the opinion and taste of people.Some people like physical sports and other people like to watch a sport to fall asleep.
