Log in to Reply SEAN_VANCE February 19, 2012 Kind of like Condit vs Diaz..ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ….thanks Condit… damn we need pride rules otherwise MMA will turn into this crap. Log in to Reply steelersnut February 19, 2012 What do people expect, there are no decent HW contenders today… If the Klicthkos where in the ERA when being the HW title holder meant something trust me they would not be champions…I.e.. Ali, Frazier, Formen, etc etc.. even in the Tyson era, they would only be middle of the pack Log in to Reply thejkj February 19, 2012 If you don’t like the sport then simply don’t watch it. I watch both MMA and boxing. There isn’t anything different about this and an MMA fight where the guys simply fight for TDs and just lay there fighting for position. Both sports have exciting and boring moments. Log in to Reply marvelous mad madam mim February 19, 2012 @steelersnut wrong. the klitscthkos would beat all those guys too. if buster douglas can beat tyson then for sure klitschkos would beat him. Log in to Reply lowly February 19, 2012 Actually, the Klitschkos out-class any competition, present and past. That’s their problem. Doesn’t make for exciting fights. They can do at 250lbs what those fighters you mention were able to do at 220lbs. It wouldn’t really be a contest. It’s the contests between more evenly matched fighters that makes for exciting fights. Now in the divisions with lower and upper weight boundaries one can reasonably compare fighters past and present. Log in to Reply wEz February 19, 2012 Marvelous you are correct sir. The Klitschko’s may be boring, but they are great fighters. Vitali especially. Vitali unlike wladamir, can take a punch and has much better cardio. He uses his reach and has a wonderful jab. Criticize them for being boring as hell if you want, but they are very effective and use their height and reach to their advantage, but methodically breaking down their opposition. They make all challengers look very bad. Everyone says they will push the pace and get on the inside against them from the onset, but that changes ones they get hit with the steel hammer jab a few times coming right down broadway. It may not be pretty, but its dam effective. Log in to Reply Albaniankoartist February 19, 2012 @madam mim Come on,buster Douglas!? That was when Tyson was on the heavy nights with bad friends, on any given night he would have destroyed that bum in 2 rounds! I agree totally with steelers nut! Log in to Reply scott la rock February 19, 2012 what a suprise! ‘that kind of fighter’ shows no class. Log in to Reply scott la rock February 19, 2012 let me elaborate. low skilled fighter looking for another pay day Log in to Reply Buster Hymen February 19, 2012 I just woke up. I started that video and fell asleep. Who won? Was it “exciting”? Log in to Reply fightfan24 February 19, 2012 Hey Bruno thanks for putting up this fight its nice to see both mma and boxing on this site. I think all true fight fans enjoy both. Log in to Reply Jeff February 19, 2012 I like all your comments but the truth is these are not fighters. They are Meat that you can Feed to a real fighter. and the guy with the Era thing Ali, Tyson … etc Please dont mention those names again in comparison to this in any way ty.. Log in to Reply villajc February 19, 2012 Vitali showed his age in this fight. Even throwing crosses from his hip! Log in to Reply Twana February 19, 2012 the Klitschkos should never fight garbage like Chisora or whatever his **** Aftrican n… name is. Log in to Reply jballer February 19, 2012 BRUNO thanks for posting, had a hell of a time finding the actual fight vid To the above pos(t)ers: vitali is the champ. arguing how he would’ve done in the 70s, 80s… who the hell knows? Its a chicken or the egg discussion. My opinion? tyson would’ve never been able to handle vitali. i would think tyson would fade down the stretch. he never took well to guys who could take his punch. my money would be on vitali. but hell, ive been wrong before. we’ll never know Log in to Reply steamer February 20, 2012 Vitali should walk up like he’s gonna shake Chisoras hand and then just slap the piss out of him. Log in to Reply greengiant February 20, 2012 why does it seem like most things go down hill over time?boring stuff. Log in to Reply Rico Suave February 20, 2012 That was the 1st boxing match that I’ve watched for 12 rounds since the old 15 rounders back in the day, I don’t count Iron Mike’s because he was knocking fools out in 30 sec., I see that I haven’t missed anything from the world of boxing as far as just boxing, boxing has it’s place in MMA of course, but not as it’s own sport…not anymore! Log in to Reply Rico Suave February 20, 2012 Ohh, and it was good to see “Stitch” Duran as part of Team Klitschko! he needs to be in Bones Jones corner for UFC 145! Log in to Reply facephucke February 20, 2012 40 kos in 46 fights…how can that be borring? unless you dont like knock outs..dick smoker Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
