I honestly don’t get it, and it happens time and time again.

But it was very heart warming to watch Faber and Barao holding hands.
Especially in the fifth round.

barao is so damn sexy, he just doesnt take a step back even to dodge shots, just moves forward or stands still firing powershots.

I dont quite get it, his striking doesnt look too technical but is still damn effective, will have a tougher test with cruz who wont stand in front of him as much.

Crowd was annoying. Faber faded as he got hurt so he was to afraid to pull the trigger. Even knowing he needed a Ko to win he just wouldn’t risk going all in.

Not boring, but not exciting. I think Faber’s body type is wrong for the kind of fight he wanted to have. Even at 135 he looks kind of short for his opponents. Obviously he’s in good shape, but he doesn’t look as much like a balanced athlete with seemingly so much weight in his torso.

@mmaforever, so what you are saying is that the consumer (the crowd)should pay top dollar for a product (the fight)and when the product sucks, they are not allowed to express thier opinion.tickets to these events are not cheap,and many fans travel a long distance to go to these fights.expressing opinion doesnt mean they dont understand mma, it means they dont like what they are seeing.maybe where your from , your not allowed to express opinion, but here we are.

when you have two really good fighters there not gonna act to crazy no one wants to just get knocked out hahahaha So Besides that the BOOs where unnecessary Understandable as a fan and obviously not for a fighter. But it was a very good technical fight… Something Very Much expected when you are actually good fighters not a swing for the fence fighter…

i would like to renan fight in the 155 lb. class he looked a bit too big in there with faber.

the cruz fight i think it might be more of a better fight since there wont be any size nor reach disparities.
overall this card was somewhat not as engaging

everyone who fought seemed to be nervious about their stock and being dropped by the promotion more than anything it seems.

some ko’s and subs were good and not taking away from those guys who fought their heart out in the other bouts

Faber obviously has little skills…you can see those little skills being taken apart with someone who actually HAS skills. All faber tries to do is wild punches, fakes and hopes he gets connected…all of his fights…same crap.

Obviously @mmacri makes little sense,you don’t accumulate 25 wins and hold multiple MMA titles by throwing wild punches and fakes here and there..!!..You sound like another mma wannabe who can only sit back and critique fighters who would down right pound a whole in your ass..!!..But then again you’d probably like your hole getting pounded..!!..
