I don’t understand what’s the problem with Sonnen’s trash talk? It’s just one guy who’s making an “idiot” of himself and having fun. When it comes to fighting he fights. End of story. As per: “your’e only as good as your last fight”? Sounds nice but complete garbage. Don’t have to go further than look at Silva’s himself: after rubbish performance against Sonnen, he demolished Belfort in the 1st round. BTW if anybody is only as good as his last fight than everyone is always the same? Because if I’m as good as my last fight, then in the next fight I’ll be as good as in the previous fight, which is as good as two fights ago and so on. That’s bullshit. I believe Sonnen will be in much better shape than in Bisping fight, and probably in better shape than in first Silva fight. Also – Silva will be most likely better than in their first encounter. Because the saying: “you’re only as good as your last fight” applies to the last fight, maybe 1-2 weeks later. After that you can do million things to be either better or worse
