Some of these explanations to these techniques is a little too in depth. Naturally your one leg will land first,you don’t have to confuse people with saying that and also his left leg will go back to the ground naturally no need to explain that part. If someone needs that explained then they are a hard learner.

not sure how effective this would be as the superman punch would move the opponent further back leaving the on coming knee to hit air or perhaps rub against the stomach at best. I don’t see too many people following a superman punch with a take down either.

^there are some adults who learn slower than children. I think that a lot of people need that level of explanation.

^ the reason this move is used in the most ADVANCED stages of the world is because a lot of fighters shoot for a double leg following the superman, therefore the person defending is expecting a takedown. This puts the defender in a position where his head is lower then his usual stance, setting up a hi knee to the face of a bend over, ready to sprawl, opponent. You can also throw this knee to the body. Not the best technique in the world, not the worst either.
