@DavidJones You have no clue. These “Pride” fighters are all old now, and have been through many battles. As in any sport, time creeps up on you and you aren’t the same athlete you once were. If anything Dana’s a huge fan of these guys and has done the most he could for them. (Wanderlei Silva is 3 wins and 5 losses in his most recent stint with the UFC. Obvs, other people would have been cut a long time ago.

the ufc likes to treat the pride/strikefore guy’s like crap and serves them of a silver platter to their up and coming guys that try to make a name for themselves, like they did to cro cop, noguera, bigfoot, and more; its part of dana white’s plan to validate the ufc as the top level. while he lets his clowns fight ones a year a pick their fight; cuture, bisping, tito, mir, and many more.

And its a shame the Wanderlei Silva that will be stepping in the cage is not the same guy they just showed in that highlight reel. Win or lose, I hope he retires after this one while he can still spell his name and wipe his own ass.
