Jones is the best until he gets knocked out. Please don’t think that won’t will ever happen. Anderson win or lose doesn’t really have anything left to prove. He has beat everyone and beat sonnen twice and sealed the deal. So no one can say “well chael could have” or whatever. Jose Aldo is not a wreslter but he’s the best fighter out there at 145…. Just because you have wrestling base, doesn’t make you any better than next man. Chad mendes found that out the hard way! The idea going into that fight was chad was “supposed” to get the the take down and Chael sonnen him for 5 rounds. Well that didn’t happen.

He’ll be tested real soon and lets see how he holds up against Belforts striking. He better try and sneak a A.S kick in there and hope to catch belfort cause if not its going to be an early night for Bones. The only thing that concerns me is ring rust but Belfort been out for a while a few times and never shown ring rust so lets see what happens.

Let’s start with Royce. 11 strait wins from a 175 lbs. grappler. 3 time absolute weight tournament champion, and 3 AMAZING encounters in Pride (Saku & Yoshida x2).☺
Randy Couture; owner of multiple light heavy and heavyweight titles. Over half of his fights are title fights. Aside from starting at most current MMA stars prime age (34), he stayed relevant since he stepped foot in the Octagon, till retirement.
Mark Coleman, the first UFC heavyweight champion, first Pride absolute weight grand prix champ, and forefather of GnP. Hell, his win(s) over Don Frye are enough of an accomplishment right there.
Tito Ortiz, the original “Chael Sonnen” s#it talker. He popularized NHB/MMA into the mainstream. The company’s 2nd light heavy weight champion (middleweight at the time), he defended it 5 times, with some decent finishes. If you go back and watch all his fights in the UFC, you can actually see his cardio, striking, and subs get better, from his Shamrock (Frank) loss, to his first Shamrock (Ken) win.
Anderson is my favorite, and I look at him as the best there is right now.
But I think what the guys are getting at, is…they all wanna fight him. You know…just test him.
I say…jealousy is a female trait. There is plenny ‘o room at the top, for all of them♠

I love how they don’t pick the guy who has never lost in nearly 7 years…and maybe it’s just me, but i think it’s more impressive to have mediocre wrestling and STILL win despite that, than it is to have all the reach, height, wrestling, etc.
You almost sense a jealousy of Anderson Silva b/cuz if he retires undefeated it makes all of their accomplishments pale in comparison.
