Granted homes and land in Fresno is cheap, but who knew Kos was balling this hard? Debt? Is he really making that much? Ferrari (leased?), plane (leased?), lake home… Maybe he is making bank.

Ok, I actually watched this. Dude is nearing the end of his fighting career and is living large right now. I wonder where he will be in 10 years. The excess suits his personality so I am not surprised or impressed (exception, a pilots license!!?). It’s a long way down from the top but it will be fast for Kos I’m afraid.

I’m sure 20 fights in the UFC has helped get all that but it looks like he’d have to make a million per fight. I’d guess sponsors have helped… he doesn’t have his own gym after AKA?

I’m sure Kos has done a good job saving his money and making smart investments.

the dudes made a ton of money, people really have no idea how much these guys make..hes had 20 fights in the ufc! Some of them huge paydays..money from the ppv and then sponsors can double it!! This is why i get so annoyed when ESPN do their shitty shows…this isnt even a UFC chap..you should see GSPs bankroll baby!! Or spiders house and cars!

I figure Koscheck makes about $2 million a year with fight purses, PPV bonuses, appearances, etc. He’s a rock star right now, but how much longer can he keep this up? The taxes on his home are probably $30,000 a year, and that’s assuming he has the place paid off.

Good for him, I’m glad he’s made it big. I just hope he’s saved enough money to pay for all of this stuff when he’s done fighting.

wow, the Jealousy based hate on MMA sites is crazy. I don’t like the image Kos Portrays (I wont say I don’t like him because I truly don’t know him personally) but his setup is baller. and I am certain he has made a TON of money. Maybe he’s all leased out and can’t afford to put $2 Gas in his MotorCross. Or Maybe his house is payed for and he’s made some wise investment and is sitting on a heap of cash. Bottom line is NO ONE KNOWS, so just shut it.

All in all, NICE house, well put together. Gorgeous kitchen, amazing land, backyard, frontage, pool…… he’s ballin. Good for him.

If I recall correctly in an interview a long time ago, KOS mentioned that he used to live in the AKA gym during the beginning of his career, so its not like he hasn’t been smart from the start.

i don’t think any of you guys know what you’re talking about. 30k in taxes for that house? are you kidding me? he lives in fresno for crying out loud. those lake houses don’t sell for over a mill at around 5k sq ft (roughly 1% taxes). all his rides/toys, plus the plane, are all well under a mill. he probably made enough to pay for everything in this video in roughly two big fights –assuming he got a piece of the paper view. he wouldn’t be able to afford a two bedroom luxury apartment in manhattan for that money.

Who is to say he made all his money in fighting? If he knows the right people and they help him invest his money properly then he could of made a lot of money other than in the fight world. You never know.

I won’t name names, but there is a local girl here I was talking to who fought on one of the nationally televised Elite XC cards (no, it wasn’t Gina Carano). She said when it was all said and done, the amount she got paid from her sponsors came out to be 5 times as much as her purse she got from fighting (she lost her fight btw). So that gives you an idea what a fighter gets from sponsors alone…at least in her case.

kos is smart he actually invested in alot of real estate and owns some apartment building and other things in California
