I get what he’s trying to say but at the same time… He sounded more determined during the mark coleman fight, and he did horrible.. He’s training for Chuck’s style but I still see Chuck knocking him out…

it doesn´t matter, if chuck wins this fight, because he has a one-dimensional style and at this time in the ufc it´s not enough to have a good right hand. but the impotant thing is, that he becames older….and a fighter is not like a whiskey!
if shogun loose this fight….than he will be just another lightheaviweight fighter, who present the step between a champion and a non important fighter….like keith jardine.
shogun has in the past a lot of problems with his cardio….many fighters from pride has this problems in the octagon too. i hope that he will win….he would be a better opponent for rampage, rashad, machida….etc.

Shogun made a wise decision going back to brazil to train, because his training here isnt cutting it. He is too lax on his cardio training… While its probably due to his knee he needs to find a way around it. Take up swimming or something else… but dont run less and not make up for it.
