I doubt Aldo is scared to fight Pettis.

Dana just wants to make money and as a fan I rather see Aldo-Pettis than Aldo-Swanson/Zombie. Even though it might seem unfair, this system is way more fan friendly than say boxing where the fans never get to see a fight they want until both boxers are washed up.

At the end of the day, the fight that fans want the most will make the most money for Dana. Actually GSP-Diaz is a perfect example, why would Dana say no to that fight?

Bruno: Aldo said today that he will fight Pettis, but just not for his title.

His goal,essentially,is to take on Aldo,one of the truly great fighters in the world,and then move back to lightweight to meet the winner of that division’s April 20 championship match between Benson Henderson and Gilbert Melendez.

This is what I’m talking about..Pettis needs to pick a weigh class and stay in it for a year before moving up or down in weigh class.

this is funny!! first off danas said GSP asked for diaz and hes our welterweight champ and he gets what he wants….but yet aldo cant say he doesnt want to fight a guy who only fought once in the ufc!!>>?? now all of a sudden hes #1 contender in 2 weight classes!!?/?? DOESNT MAKE SENSE

Come on!?!?1 He´s doing a favor to the sport and the wheight class ranking! Do you see JDS, Jones, Anderson or whatever doing a championship super fight? NO!!
That´s Aldo´s point! What about Cub, Ricardo, Zombie and all the featherweight guys? They will never have a title shot if they still giving Aldo fighters for another weight class.
Aldo said he will fight Pettis if UFC want but he doen´s fell its fair with the other guys at his weight class.
And come on… We hear the same BS about Aldo when he was going to fight Edgar… Aldo is scare, he´s going to get his ass kicked and all this s***.
Respect the kid man! He´s a true champ and does ALOT in Brazil for kids and poor families.
Jones can do whatever he wants and Aldo when say something about not being fair fight Pettis he´s scare and a bitch…

I say that yet i agree that Dana can be an ass do you not no anyone that actually speak there minds… It would be nice to see what we want… But at the same time its not easy to give what the fighters what they want and also the fighters what they want… BEcause not at the end but in the middle its all about the money and if it will make money… And there performance… Just like kimbo slice, Yes and the massive Brock Lesnar… They demolished who was in front of them.. and made sufficient money at the time… But some s*** just doesnt work out….
As for women Gina Carano is a Movie Star as well now… So to have her come back for some Like me im a fan of her so i would like to see if she can take the belt From Ronda or see rondy prove that she will ARMBAR you again hahahahah
