hey dude, Dana White clearly stated the sole reason why he was upset with Anderson Silva after the Tales Leites and Damian Maia fights was because he IS the greatest fighter in the world and he hardly engaged with either of them. Dana has always stated time and time again that Anderson Silva is the GOAT, even after the wins over Rich Franklin and Dan Henderson a long time ago. I’m a huge Anderson fan, and if Anderson could do those two fights all over again (Leites and Maia), I think he would – and he would smash them in the first round.

Just the mention of Jones vs Silva had Silva shaking his head; NO! NO! NO! Why should he fight Jones when there are MWs he needs to beat? Stop the nonsense and let all of the MWs in contention have a shot before he retires. Bonnar, ehhhhk.

funny how after the damian maia and teles letes fights, Dana did not have positive things to day about anderson silva. today he’s the greatest fighter who ever lived. Proof that the ‘You are only as good as your last fight’ mentality is very real.

Good to see Fitch getting the fight bonus. Maldonado deserved a bonus as well.

This whole show was about the UFC solidifying the Brazilian market, hence the Brazilian fighters being fed fighters on their way out or recent problems. Fitch was supposed to lose as well, and Dana would’ve had a new star in Silva. Phil Davis was the only opponent that was only a marginal fit to the theme, but even there the theme was there.
