Log in to Reply Halcyon September 12, 2012 I’m sure he thinks he is the best sex he ever had too. Log in to Reply ustabeluke September 12, 2012 Jon Jones = blah blah blah. “Hang on to every word” my rear, was a fan, now cant stand to hear him talk. It would be funny if everyone got up and walked out when he enters the ring in his next fight. “The only one that wanted to fight” BS! Log in to Reply Tkdko September 12, 2012 ^^ “i used be a fan”tYpical.love a guy when hes climbing the latter hate him once he reaches the top.and yes I believe theres a racial undertone…………… Log in to Reply ustabeluke September 12, 2012 Any fighter that dodges fights and makes excuses gets no respect; color has nothing do with it. JJ said it himself; he didn’t take the fight because he is worried about his record and his legacy. Why would he say this? Because he didn’t think he could beat CS. Log in to Reply tobes September 12, 2012 @Tkdko – I started to dislike Jones when I realized he was a snake. When at the end of the third round against Jackson, the bell rang, and John stood up and dropped Rampage (who had stopped wrestling BECAUSE THE ROUND WAS OVER), I realized what a jerk he was. Many of my favorite fighters are black. I like Page, Rashad, Phil Davis, Guillard, A. Silva, Mighty Mouse – there’s no racial undertone for me. I respect Jones’ skills as a fighter. I think he needs to gain some humility and composure as a person. Log in to Reply ace September 12, 2012 The guy is a beast and only 24. He finished most of his opponent even top guys like shogun, rampage, machida, and no one even come close to beating him. He is more dominant than gsp in his division. gsp couldn’t finish his fights. stop being jealous of him because he is young and at the top. Log in to Reply greengiant September 13, 2012 i think jon might be lumping nice with respect, humility and being humble.he,like a lot of people think it is all the same thing.he might be nice but he is also arrogant and full of himself. Log in to Reply dave September 13, 2012 I can’t stand that fake bitch. and please put racial crap out of this it has nothing to do with it. all my fave fighters are non white except GSP. he is an amazing fighter but he is a self serving back stabber. not saying he shouldn’t be good to himself but he’ll back stab anyone for himself. Log in to Reply Jon Jones September 13, 2012 In a few words, I am a winner. I am great. I am famous. I am happy to be me. I decided not to fight Sonnen, because I like my image too much to risk losing it. Log in to Reply WTFson September 13, 2012 Well damn, wasn’t watching sonnen get dismantled against anderson who u idolize a bit of motivation to take the fight on 8/3 days notice. Can’t let these guys define you Jon. In the business world, “friend today, enemy tomorrow” mentality that Mr.Dana demonstrates when his promotion looks bad, there is a lot of passing of the buck. U were right jon, you’re nothing but a piece of meat. Log in to Reply Wilbur September 13, 2012 I don’t know what it is about this guy but he comes out to me as a complete douche. Everything he says just sounds like a lie. Go figure. Log in to Reply genkimachina September 13, 2012 Jon Jones needs to decide who he is going to be. I think he tries to be every persona and comes off as fake. He needs to just be himself, whether that is a good guy or an a-hole. Probably the latter since most incredible athletes at that age have a hard time grasping reality and humility. Log in to Reply Face Stab September 13, 2012 Jones is full of excuses. He blew this, and should just own up to it. But maybe doing it without the Jesus allusions. Because, you know, all the best apologies start by comparing yourself to Jesus. Log in to Reply CrookZ September 13, 2012 OMG ppl shut up….this this that about JJ oh i dont like his personality WHO CARES??? do you have to work with him? no ….is he your neighbour? no …. does JJ talk the same shit every interview? yes but, whatever i don’t know him personally so i can’t judge that based on JJ answering questions he’s probably heard 50 thousand times. i agree listening to him is a handful but reading your dumb posts about someone turning down a fight is dumb. hence the saying “work smarter not harder” Log in to Reply chamberfool September 14, 2012 Honestly I was the first guy on the Jones bandwagon. But as we move along I see that he really doesnt have an especially kind or charismatic or “samurai code” type personality. GSP has that, Machida has that, shit even Anderson has that when hes not being a smartass. But Jones sort of seems like a guy who WOULD be sort of a jock/arrogant dude if he wasnt so ****ing boring personality wise. Hes almost like a lazy bully. Too lazy to be mean but not good enough of a dude to be SINCERELY likable. Log in to Reply Wilbur September 14, 2012 @CrookZ The problem is we have to listen to Jones’s interviews all the time since he’s the champion and probably will be for a long time. I just can’t wait for the day when someone knocks the shit out of him. Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
