I think, Condit on his best day, at his peak performance, during the best time of his career, will still lose to Diaz. Excuses or none.
Of course, everybody can get caught and lose.
There is something that Diaz does that most of these guys don’t have the skill to respond to. So they resort to swinging away.

Diaz will mop the floor with him. Stylistically it is a bad match up for Condit. However, anything can happen in a fight, and just like the Hardy fight, Condit got the knockout, so he still has a punchers chance. Should be a good one.
