These guys are pretty well washed up. The exceptions being Mitrione and Sadollah. I found it interesting that Griffin was the biggest guy there. Speaking of size, I think Rashad could reinvent himself at MW or WW. I want to blow him. He’s always been my fave TUF guy.

I say knees from north south regardless of opponent position. This would really shake up the grappling. Think about it no more Decision wins when a guy just repeatedly attempts take downs and never actually gets one.

I agree so much with Cole about pride rules.It would just make guys need to be better on the ground so they will be able to really attack a guy,not stall him in a postion and hit him lightly just so he wont get stood back up.

I agree that the rules need some adjustment.

Upkicks should always be legal, knees to the head on a downed opponent are okay – perhaps not drop knees, maybe some rule about the knee has to be horizontal (similar to their elbow rules)

The key is to preserve the fighters, but not allow crap like “you can’t knee me, my hand is on the ground” bs
