Yeah he fought reem in k1, he was also his training partner from years back some good vids of them sparring when young up n comers on YouTube.

Tyrone is a very good striker and he’s got lots of KO power if he puts together his ground game and grappling he can easily come in to the top 5

that was a good interview. It sounds like he’s just saying it like it is, not getting into the gossip or bs and giving credit where it’s due. Typically you hear trainers or training partners just bigging up there guy non-stop even if it makes no sense.

Holy s*** I heard some rumors about Spong in MMA.That would be awesome if he gets pretty good on the ground.And he will fight at 205 that will be awesome.The guy can KO HW kickboxers so watch out MMA fighters .And I hope he takes his time to get in MMA.Grappling isn’t something you can learn in a couple of months.It takes years to be able to compete with pros.
