TUF – The Ultimate Fighter Season 8 Episode 1 Video

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) reality television series and mixed martial arts competition started up it’s 8th season Wednesday night.


This season Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir will feature light heavyweight fighters (186-205 lb) and lightweight fighters (146-155 lb). UFC interim Heavyweight champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and the #1 heavyweight contender and former UFC Heavyweight champion Frank Mir will star as coaches for the two teams. Both fighters are scheduled to fight for the UFC Interim Heavyweight title in December, after the completion of the series.

Thanks for posting this. I had this show recorded on my DVR and when I went to watch it today I get “this showing has ended” wtf.

How come Mir is the only coach talking in the interviews? I mean Big Nog has pretty good english…or are they worried that we are all illeterate as well and can’t read subs….
Anyways, it is a bit weird how Mir is telling Nog who he likes and stuff….maybe he is trying to force Nog’s decision making?

Man, Junie is all right, but Aguilar had really good BJJ. I wish he would have stuck around because those were the two best lightweights I saw out of those fights.

I like the kid, I hope he does well. As for Jose, even if he is an adequate fighter, he is not an ambassador to the sport and has no place in the UFC… stupid lowlife “criminal”.

Minotauro is 1 of the most complete fighters to have graced MMA thus far. Fedor is #1 in MMA, no doubt, but in no-time limit situations Big Nog reigns supreme.
