Pennsylvania’s Matthew Riddle (1-0) vs. Louisianna’s Tim Credeur (10-2) in tonight’s second preliminary bout from TUF 7.
if (is_feed()) { die(); }
Riddles Douche hat said it all….
Glad to see him go.
that is awesome i didn’t know they let them smoke weed in the house riddle looks like he is on a constant buzz through the episode
these TUF fighters are no better than the ones on Iron Ring
the tuf fighters would beat the shit out of the fighters on Iron Ring that show is a joke
No rear naked choke.. no ankle lock… couldnt even strike from full mount, riddle is a pansy, and creduer doesnt have the fighting instinct. Now a days fighters try so hard to be technical and do everything “proper” they forget how to just throw a punch, or a kick, or wrap a bicep around the throat. It makes me sad.
Riddle has the right attitude to be a great fighter. That is what Rampage saw in him. And he would’ve won if he just would’ve listened to Rampage when he told him to stand up. He had the stand-up game won, and he had the takedowns. He just lacked experience in serious grappling, and lacked experience in actually listening to his coach.
Creduer is an an a-hole and will never amount to anything in the UFC. I guarantee it. Not only is his attitude way off the mark, but he just about got beat down by a novice… and he’s been in the industry for years and years.
Riddle will be a better fighter after the show…Creduer will probably be done in the sport.
How do you know they smoked weed?
Pretty good fight for a TUF episode. It had a little bit of everything. Very back and forth and best of all… no judges involved. I’d be surprised if Credeur goes much further in the show.
Man most of you guy’s talk like you know what it’s like to become a pro mma fighter or what it’s like to fight in a pro mma fight.
Hey I_ARE_BABOON, RIVERS, COREY and the rest of the internet fighter’s if you tuff guy’s know so much why are you spending so much time online and not in the ring/cage beating any and all in your way?I mean you mutts seem to know what fighter’s need to do or should have done to win a fight.I see you mutts talking the same sh!t after every fight.BABOON iron ring is crap and the makers of the show said they want it to be more street fighting then mma.
Also if you mutts want to come to elite mma gym in thousand oaks ca,and try to hang with the guy’s training for upcoming fights.Unless im wrong and you guy’s are the sh!t and know all that needs to be known in mma,in that case you can train us.F-U MUTTS
So neither of them listened to what their coaches were telling them. Great start guys. No potential here.
Who knew that Joey McIntyre from the New Kids on the Block could fight ;P
Riddle has heart and raw talent AND a great attitude. He is just a kid. He’ll be better when he gets into a good camp.
i like how keegan referred to you guys as internet fighters, cause when it comes down to it thats all you are. so dont down talk these guys that you think are just trash unless you get on the show and prove it to us. its funny how the ones that think they know everything have to talk and say s*** on here.
I don’t understand why people can’t have an opinion anymore. I don’t agree with what some of the people here are saying, but damn, if you criticize a fighter/fight negatively, it’s like it’s not allowed unless you are a fighter too. That really drives me batsh*t. In that case, you can’t really praise a fighter either if you’re not a fighter. For that matter, I can’t have an opinion about a movie without being in the movie biz. GRRRRRRRRRR
Reminds me that episode of TUF when Serra went off on one of the other trainiers for talking crap about Gracie. I respect Serra, but I disagreed with him there. We all got our roles to play. Some people are better off coaching than fighting. That’s how they make their impact on the sport. Some of the best coaches in sports have never played professionally. But they understand the sport and know how to win at it. So they instruct others with more talent in actual fighting on how to win. Anwyway….
That said…I do see potential in these fighters, but Credeur may be too old to have much impact and Riddle might not really have the fighter’s spirit. Time will tell….
i like riddle man, give him a break hes a noob. credeur on the other hand is already a has been i dont see the point.
and to the guys they are angry about the internet fighters. no sport amounts to shit without fans they may not know what the fuck they are talking about but hardcore fans make it possible for fighters to get paid man.
R.KEEGAN for a fighter you bitch like a little girl dude i’m a fighter i train every day till i fell like i’m going to die and if it was not for the fans that are buying tickets and going to shows there would be no UFC or anything alse for that matter so let the fans have a opinion becasue they made MMA a huge thing and there going to keep it that way.
Credeur had a lot of trouble in this fight taking on a 22 year old with almost zero fight experience. I’m sorry but after all the sh!t he talked trying to be intimidating and pulling a performance like that I can’t say much at all for Credeur. Props to Riddle! He has great heart and earned his way onto the show so I wish him the best in the future.
Keegan, my fellow “internet fighter” stop talking shit and give your opinion about the fight.
Just so you know, I do have experience as a fighter and coach…but I do not have to justify my opinion to you or anyone else.
You are entitled to you opinion and that’s fine, but do not try to begin stirring shit man…instead give us your insights about the fight, shine of your light of knowledge on us poor ignorant internet fighters! LOL
@ I_ARE_BABOON
no way. tuf fighters are way more technical than iron ring fighters.
UFC must be desperate for some fighters lol, taking a 22 year old with one fight on his hands and lives with his mom and she takes care of him, probably tucks him in at night too lol
but i guess its not too easy to find 32 185lb fighters.
Nothing against Riddle either hes decent fighter and best of luck to him in the future, but it did disturb me to see him give that one fighter 3 punches as hard as he could to his face while he was already unconscious, probably the reason the guys jaw was broken in two places and was moaning for a few minutes before coming too, but Herb Dean is more to blame for it since he was all the way across the cage and had to run to them to stop the fight.
“Hey guys, I’m the only one who could possibly know what I’m talking about because I’m an amateur MMA fighter, so the rest of you people who’ve watched and studied the sport and its athletes for the last 10-15 years can shut up cuz you can’t possibly know anything about it!”
Yeah. Except I’m giving their abilities with English a bit too much credit. Kind of like they do to themselves.
Credeur’s a fighter, has the right mentality for the sport and all, but he’s just about washed up. I don’t see him being able to beat many other fighters on the show. Riddle’s run ended early, as was pretty much expected from how easily some of the older fighters were able to get into his head. He’s got good instincts in the cage, I think, but he’s got to learn to listen to his corner and to be as mentally strong outside the ring as he showed himself to be inside. He could be a great fighter if he got some real seasoning, maybe the show will do that to him.
As it is, he’s just plain annoying.
Riddle did well. No experience, but a lot of talent. He seems like a douche, but has a great attitude and a lot of heart. Honestly, his takedowns are dominating. I thought he was a lamb to the slaughter, but he gave a fight. Good show.
The joke ass fools on iron ring cant hold my jock strap.. that show sux and the fights are equvilent to bar brawls .. The Tuf guys have potential and skill the IR chumps all come across as posers wanting to hop on the bandwagon ..
MIKE O’LANGOT I totally agree with what your saying. Differing oppinions make this site what it is.
Why didn’t the fighter get up when Rampage kept telling him. I would have stood up just to get him to shut up.
I like Riddle, he seems like a good guy. Credeur seems like a punk. He’s overconfident and full of himself. He’s fought some tough guys and I’ll give him that, but he has no right to act the way that he does.
thanks for posting. i’m glad i can just watch the fights without the lame ass commercial breaks and 45 minutes of “reality”.
