did anyone notice how well he defended that slam?
When you have a triangle and someone tries to slam you (ala rampage vs arona). You defend by stretching your back down toward the mat (ala sakaraba vs rampage). This makes it to where there is very little distance from your back to the mat. So even if he slams you, its just a little slam.

The Brits have a way better team then the americans. A couple of the american fighters got lucky during the prelim fights and shouldnt be on the show. Even though Im american, i think the brits will win because of the better talent not because of a better coach thats for sure. Bisping showed a great lack of class by not showing up. He can run his annoying brit accented mouth when they win but when he knows his fighter will lose he doesnt even show up. He probably skinned his knees kissing the queens feet and had to go get band aids put on his boo boos. I hope Hendo crushes his face in.

Unfortunately, the Brits do have better fighters and more experienced. American fighters that are in the same level are already fighting pro or already in the UFC. So It’s a tough match for the Americans. Damarques is the American’s real good chance of winning. Oh and to answer someone elses post when he said that this was no big deal he beat the brits worst fighter. You’re right he did beat him easily as he should have. No big deal.
