Not saying it would have changed the outcome, but it really bothered me when Winner grabbed the fence on that last take down attempt by Dollar. It surely helped him switch position and wind up on top in the mount. Anyone else notice? Take a look.

It looked more like Andre was getting taken down and his hand dragged across the fence but he didn’t grab it. When he reaches his hand out it never slowed the take down. he landed on his hip and stepped over to mount.

at 3:19 of the video clip when he drags his hands against the fence….i dont see that being much of an advantage in the take down. if that takedown got stuffed then yeah….but hand drag or no drag i think the landing position and his cardio shape compared to dollars at the time wouldnt have effected the mount transition.IMO

Ya I noticed, and even though it is illegal I don’t really blame him for a couple reasons. First off whenever you do it they give you a warning first prior to taking a point. That aside it is completely reactionary whenever you are being thrown like that to reach out and try to stop yourself, human nature not his fault.

YEA ANDRE HAS THE MOST POTENTIAL OUT OF THE 155 ERS…..BUT LOOK AT WHO SURROUNDS HIM…….its not hard to be the best lightweight there when every other lightweight is horrible
andre will destroy ross in finals.andres not that great…seen some of his fights on underground fight channels….he just looks great because of his surrounding cast….kinda like being the best player on the worst team….

andres record is 9-2-1 he has a history of fighting easy opponents……his 2 losses…he was knocked out….his draw was against diego sanchez brother and lil diego beat the shit out of em..then lost a point in 3rd round for illegal strikes….ended up a draw……
theres a channel on dish called HD NET shows alotta underground fights…ive seen andre on there a few times…both times he got knocked out and the 1 against lil diego jason dent is great outside the house……he must be rite the house screws with you..cuz ive seen him batter guys on there….guys alot tuffer than ross. his cardio looked weak on the show..hes obviously used to a whole diffrent training style

Andre dragged his hand on the fence, he didn’t actually grab it. Dragging a hand across the fencre is not illegal, just like pushing off of it isn’t. You can use the fence as long as you do it legally. The drag may have given him a bit of an advantage, I’ll admit that. Smart move.
