Seriously though, he looked to afraid to even try. How can he say that he’s such a great athlete if he let’s the fear of looking bad in a mock-football/soccer game that doesn’t count for anything keep him from doing more than just standing there for the most part? …then him whining about how much it shows that he can run faster and jump higher than Nog, by not running, jumping or doing much of anything was just pathetic.
Way to show some class Mir..oh wait, never mind.

Oh, and seeing Kaplan get knocked out in the bathroom then deny it Mir-style was hilarious as well.

Mir can pump himself up all he wants, but when he steps into the octagon with Nogiera he will have his chance to prove who is the better athlete. He should have simply graciously admitted that he lost at a game that he was poor at, and left it at that.

Nogiera had much more to lose in the soccer challenge than Mir, as his national sport IS soccer. Mir should have just kept his mouth shut and he could have lost with honor.

Mir never tried to do anything… that’s the difference with Nog.

Mir was smart not to risk hurting himself before the fight by diving to block a soccer ball unlike Kaplan who I thought blew out his knee after he begged a 205er to punch him, he was lucky

Mir can jump faster, run faster, be more cocky, not give a full effort in the challenge, and make me root for him to lose his fight. He’s the best at that for sure. It was good to see that Kingsbury didn’t scream,cry, or break down after a very difficult loss and was pumping up the next guy for his fight.

Boy’s…lets stick to facts.
Mir has NEVER beaten anyone world class. Anyone who knows even the slightest about fight sport, knows that Mir got lucky with Lesnar. Like all of his fights before Lesnar, Mir was getting beat down.

Mir is a big fish in a little pond. The Ultimate Fighter TV Show reveals Mir as immature, extremely vain and somewhat of a cry baby spoiled brat. Dana White even shit on him.

Mir is big in his hometown, sucked up to by groupies. I am not impressed with Frank Mir, and I am not alone.

Nog is a class act. A REAL fighter and a gentleman. Much more of a man than Mir, who is more concerned with photo shoots and getting his already overinflated ego stroked.

Mir is going to get his ass kicked…he does’nt even belong in a cage with Nog.
