wow. what the hell is jules doing in the house? I’m pretty sure I would have given vinny a better fight than that. never seen a sweep from closed guard right into mount. jules had zero game in the stand up, zero on the ground.

Vinny has sick BJJ and I am glad he finally took it to the ground…I am sure though after seeing the fight on the feet…everyone will be working on their takedown defence against vinny…cz once it gets to the ground the fight is over.

was anybody else wondering if jules was even gonna throw a punch in there? but i dont think Vinny did that bad of job on the stand up considering jules was running away the whole time, wasn’t exciting, but i think its more because of jules, and his GG is awesome, cant waite to try out the move in mount

Is this a joke? Are these seriously the best fighters that they can find? As fast as MMA is growing, they shouldn’t have a hard time filling the house with skilled, entertaining fighters. That’s two pathetic fights in a row. The level has really gone down hill. Can you imagine what Nate Diaz would do to any of the last four fighters?

jules was a huuuge disappointment. in his first fight he looked like a beast, going from being taken down to outpowering his opponent and finishing with a rear naked. but against vinny.. it was as if he had absolutely no intention of winning.

i agree with most of you guys..like wtf. He just stood there and did NOTHING. hond2dciv – that was a pretty basic sit over sweep. Vinny took the sweep so easily because Jules has absolutely zero base. A guy with 6 months of BJJ could out grapple Jules. Terrible fight. When I saw Vinny going for the Gogo from mount, I was like ‘no way’.. showtime. Anyway, vinny is going to find it hard when he takes on a real fighter that doesn’t mind unloading on his face!
