Wow,I thought Shane would have improved for the show but he still sucks. What a waste of a spot on that show. So much more better talent out here to represent Hawaii’s 155ers, Harris Sarmiento or Mike Aina would have done a lot better then that joke of a performance.

Thats the Damian Maia setup to triangle choke he used against Ed Herman and Jason McDonald. I use that setup in BJJ class all the time since I saw Damian Maia do it. Nice fake where the top guy thinks he’ll get side control…soon as he thinks he’ll pass your guard, shoot those hips and leg up..and game over..nice finish.
