Team Jones’ top pick Clint Hester takes on former police officer Jimmy Quinlan in a striker vs. grappler match.
MAN these guys are talking like uriah is not going to rip there heads off…these guys are talking like they have a chance to beat him LOL dream on nobody losers
Nice bumrush.
Clint would have won if he would have listened to his coaches and used the 1st round game plan.
I gave the first round to Clint, and look at his take-down attempt at the beginning of round two as something similar to the spinning back-elbow attempt by Sonnen in his last fight with Anderson: a horribly bad choice that never should have happened.
Clint looks promising. If he can get some more grappling training then he could develop into a solid fighter. I hope he is the wild/card pick from Jones’s team so we can see more of him. If Jones chooses his dufus training partner over Clint then Clint will have been robbed a spot that he rightfully deserves.
Hester is a better choice for the wildcard than Bubba. Likely a Hester-Uriah final. He’ll learn from this one.
Clint looked like he gave up.
clint is a fighter and he can be really good if he is trained grappling. F*** buba what an annoying a$$
I wanted to see Clint vs Uriah.
BRUUUUUUUUUUUNO!!
Did Jimmy throw any punches that first round? what a joke. This is the problem with f****** guys trying to hold people down.
El Shogun: I would agree, EXCEPT that he finished him. I think even Clint would have expected, “ok this guy has to do SOMETHING other than wrestle this round” and he was probably frustrated, which lead to the submission.
Clint went braindead. Shooting on a wrestler? He had opportunities in the first round to push away and make distance but he didn’t.
