How the hell was that even damage? Did you not see Ellis’s face? multiple lacerations and brutal swelling. the other guy just had one cut.

Ellis won the first round for sure, but as Colton controlled the first part of the round, a 10-9 round for sure.

The second round was complete domination. Even after a bad standup, Ellis still got ROCKED. Not hard to see how one or more judges could have called the second round a 10-8. Considering Ellis mounted ZERO, and I mean absolutely NO offense at all in that round, I would have given a 10-8 as well. Blocking shots with your face isn’t exactly defense either.

So much for him popping back up after getting taken down. The strategy of just lying there and taking elbows to the face was just silly. If there was a 3rd round, Ellis (who was gassed) would have just been taken down and beat on for another 5 minutes.

Yeah Colton faked the handshake in his first fight, but remember Roy Nelson took him aside and set him straight on that s***. We saw Colton grow up a little on TUF… a little…

19 to 18 Colton, but even on damage, so 3rd round is a must, they need that ‘damage opinion’ “X factor” to actually BE a factor for better decisions. It’s not the judges fault, they scored it right.

the fight was at least exciting, especially the back and forth in the first round. That’s a lot more than can be said about the other fights so far.

I think Herb stood them up, for Ellis was getting bathered, and it was hard for him to tell how hurt he was. He did not want an early or late stoppage, so found a way out of the situation.

Round 1 Ellis won, yet Colton also dominated part of the round, so a 10/9 makes sense.

Round 2 Colton won, while Ellis just layed on his back not fighting back, so a 10/8 makes sense.

I don’t understand these judges.Eddy dropped him twice in the first round got on top and did alot of damage.Colton got him on the ground,did some decent damage but far from deserving a 10-8.If there’s one round who should’ve been 10-8 it’s the 1st not the 2nd.
