I wasn’t really suprised to see Roy is lazy in training.I don’t know if they edited in that way but it clearly shows why he’s a MW frame guy with 50 pounds of fat.There’s a big difference between how you train a HW and how you train lighter guys.Especially when that HW eat burger king and is fat as F***.If you train these guys the way you train,they will suck.I love Roy and I really thought he was serious about going to LHW but he clearly isn’t.
