both fights came down to bad coaching! #1 procter is a ground fighter! if he had come out like he did against tickle then he would have won that but because he didnt respect vicks striking (because lets face it he made it into tuf by a miracle leg kick that daron jumped into for the ko) and same thing for justin ! if he coaches had just setup a gameplan to fight and defend off the ground he could have worn him out then got up and ko

To call Chiesa a ground specialist is pretty far fetched as well. In the first he had several opprotunities to land a sweep but would hook way too high up on his leg, instead of behind the knee and drive. His stand up is pretty LoL as well

Not trying to be one of these negative haters on the fighters but in all honestly this will probally be the first season that only the winner of the season gets a UFC contract.
Lawrence has some nasty standup but is a complete fish out of water on the ground, he looks like he’s never been on a wrestling mat or taken a jiu jitsu class before and even against most UFC stand up fighters would get eaten up.

WOW, Justin Lawrence is easily the stupidest fighter I’ve ever seen. Complete and utter disregard for his corner’s advice, and the crazy thing is the advice wasn’t complicated or hard to execute, just STAND THE F*** UP. He did everything wrong to the point it almost seemed like he didn’t want to win the fight. That was the stupidest performance I’ve ever seen from any fighter in history. Justin if you’re reading this, work on your f****** cardio and listen to your god damn corner. You’re squashing your own potential by being a complete f****** idiot and it’s sad to see. Based on the way you’re going now the most you could hope is a Terry Sokachu career, that is unless you start training the right way and following your corner’s very simple advice. I honestly would’ve slapped you across the face if I was Cruz, that was such a dumb performance by you, I hope you’re humbled now and you better yourself.

chiessa couldnt finish the triangle cause his body was not in the correct position even if he would have been able to bring the arm across he still would not have finished it without adjusting his bodys angle itsa very basic adjustment ….
