Never get tired of seeing a tae-kwon-do oriented fighter showboat, and then get knocked out cold with a simple strike (in this case, the knee).
Gotta say, I like the new format. Although that confrontation about Faber’s parents seemed half-ass (you said something about my parents? How dare you Cruz!).

its amazing how fighters stay cocky in a sport where you make one error and its over. Cruishank got over confident and again another guy pays the price. some of these guys never learn.

I’m happy the douche got KOed.He was lookingf for KO of the season and he got it.But it didn’t go his way. 
And Jon anik didn’t thought too much for his questions.No he won’t go back to fight if there’s an injury he got KOed.He will be suspended for at least 90 days.Anik is a good sport commentator but doesn’t really know MMA.

Wow! Not one fighter on Faber’s team volunteered to fight. Way to seize the moment guys. Smooth psychological play on Cruz’s part to demoralize Faber’s team. I am interested to see how Faber will handle this shift in momentum.

This is better format, it was stated awhile ago that the series should go this way. At the time everyone wanted to see the juvenile antics that has nothing to do with fighting. Will be interesting to see if they keep it this way. Would be interesting to see if this was part of Cruz plan, because Faber team looked lost along with Faber. Good move Cruz

Second, just became a Cruz fan. Had nothing against him, just felt a certain kinship towards Faber (fellow SoCal surfer). That said in one move (Letting Faber pick his opponent) he showed the “Alpha male” to be a Beta female, and team Faber to be a bunch of bitches.

Yeah he absolutly needs to watch some Joe Rogan post fight interviews.I don’t like Rogan more then most commentators but he always has decent questions,he ALWAYS shakes people’s hands and he NEVER congratulates a guy losing.Anik is simply 1) so stressed that it’s live that it makes him become a total retard or 2) He is a total retard.He did 3 things that should never be done by a post fight interviewer.Not shaking a guy’s hands,he congratulated a guy who was KTFO,and he asked him if he would come back and replace an injured fighter.He doesn’t know anything about MMA.If he did he would’nt even ask the last question he would know Daron will be suspended for at least 90 days.Anik is decent when he is doing a taped show because all of hos scropt is written but when he’s left alone he does 3 really dumb things in one minute.He should go back to the other sport(s) he use to do,not MMA.

@dazzers – I think the same thing. He’s still pretty new to this and should figure that out. If not then whatever, but everybody makes stupid mistakes from time to time. I’d honestly prefer someone like Pat Miletich, Bas Rutten, Frank Mir, Frank Trigg in there doing this job. They’re more ‘natural’ and better educated for it. But this guy will most likely learn quick and will be all right out there
