Well said. Bitchping’s negative coaching is a failed approach. Miller keeps it positive and rational which keeps his fighters encouraged. There’s very little I like more in MMA than seeing Bitchping getting made to look the fool.

BTW – Bisping is doing a great job of coaching. His fighters on the other hand are doing a terrible job of being coached. Miller does have an advantage in his ability to foster a team atmosphere…. but at this level, I think it’s reasonable to expect more motivation and professionalism from the fighters.

I find it funny that I somehow feel the need to stand up for Bisping but if you actually pay attention to the first fight that guy didn’t follow the game plan or listen to a damn thing Bisping said. It was frustrating for me to watch so I can only imagine how it felt for him as a coach.. And then to have that loser blame you for losing after he didn’t follow your directions? Are you f****** kidding me? The chia pet didn’t do much better either, so I’m surprised Bisping was as nice to him afterward as he was, but then again that was his first pick! So much for him, haha.
