Some basic old-fashioned boxing technique would go a long way. Throw some sound karate in the mix along with fighters who’ve wrestled successfully and you have an MMA fighter right there. I wish I wasn’t 47 years old with all sorts of family and work commitments. Damn.

The wildcard pick from team dos Santos was wrong imho. The guy looks like falling asleep all the time. So when they said it’s about who wanted it the most, this guy was the last one I would think of.

Tony Ferguson is the most impressive and talented guy this year as far as im concerned.He has really good boxing almost pro boxing level and he looks like he has good ground grappling but we didnt see alot of it except that awesome upkick/axe kick on the ground thats the best KO in TUF since a couple of years and Tony looks definetly in another level then all the other guys in striking especially with his hands

you have to look at it from a reality tv standpoint.. even with the fighters they pick… they may not choose the best fighters, but definitely try to pick the most tv worthy fighters that will make for an exciting season. the ufc probably picked lew b/c he has a totally different personality than dos santos, the ufc knew they would collide at some point, making for some drama on the show!

couture jr didnt get it cause he was ko’ed, you cant get ktfo and fight 2 or 3 days later, jr looked like a jealous punk 2 me with how he fired polley, of course guys who speak english are gonna ask the guy who speaks good english more stuff than the coaches who speak broken english, I think they tried 2 make polley look bad with the way they edited it, but most of the guys were sad 2 see him go, he should have stepped on dos santos’s toes on the way out and said “WHAT!”

Why does Lenny think that because he has more experience that he just auto-magically get’s into the Final and become the champ for the season?
Fighting is tough, these guys have balls to step into the cage but he just seems to think it should be given to him.
They totally should have had these guys fight to get into the house. I think Dana had mentioned it was the worst decision they made regarding the show.

Brock is such an awful coach.they shouldnt even allow him to give instructions.Eric Paulson and the rest of the coaches are really good but brock only trains for 3-4 years,there’s no wy he ahs enough knowledge in BJJ or striking to tech pro fighters something.In wrestling though he is a beast.BUT!!!!He yelled pull your arm out when the guy was attempting a triangle……Thats basic white belt BJJ,NEVER pull your arm out when the guy is attempting a traingle because its impossible to secure a triangle if the guy has 2 arms inside.Brock didnt make Chuck lose because he should know too that you dont pull your arm out and give the triangle on a silver platter like that,but im sure hearing somebody scream PULL YOUR LEFT ARM OUT! kind of influenced him to pull his arm out.
