Paulsons moves are extremely intuitive and flows very well when applied in a fight. I would take this over BJJ any day.

Tore up the gym with this, didn’t have to transition to get the finished but I did anyways, they flow well together and leave training partners feeling childish

Paulson doesn’t get the respect he deserves!!!! One of the best mma trainers around thats for sure…… He did train Josh Barnett and he’s a f***ing beast on the ground!
