Paulson doesn’t get the respect he deserves!!!! One of the best mma trainers around thats for sure…… He did train Josh Barnett and he’s a f***ing beast on the ground! So in short…….. “His name is Erik Paulson……. His name is Erik Paulson…….. HIS NAME IS ERIK PAULSON!!!” Quote modified from Fight Club FYI!!!

Tore up the gym with this, didn’t have to transition to get the finished but I did anyways, they flow well together and leave training partners feeling childish

Paulsons moves are extremely intuitive and flows very well when applied in a fight. I would take this over BJJ any day.

best thing about him is that he’s even nastier at street stuff and downgrades his techniques for sport.

LoL….been watching MMA for decades and never seen 1/2 these moves executed in real fights…..Huckster.

You’ve been watching for decades? how about training? The last one was a move commonly used by Kerr, Randleman and Bas. The other two I wasn’t familiar with but have been finding success with every time I spar since I watched this
