That ref is bad.You saw Lawlor’s arm get limp at 2:00 and the ref only stops it at 2:07.Very dangerous ref right there.He definetly never grappled or did BJJ.I dont know his name but I hope he learns how to do his job or just quits because he sucks.

I bet all those criticising the ref for a “late” stoppage would also be laying right into him had he stopped it a few seconds earlier and Lawler was to jump straight back up unscathed. You’d be saying he shouldn’t ref again because he denied Lawler a chance of getting out of the hold.
I think he judged it just right

To me and anyone who ever did BJJ or even watch alot of MMA knew he was out.Lawlor was defending and suddently he let himself get flipped and stopped moving his arms.It was EXTREMLY obvious he was out.If you’re not experienced enough to see he was out its OK because you are not the ref.But he is a ref and he definetly should never ref again if he cant see he was out for more then 7 seconds.
