Does being Mexican make it O.K. for Tito Ortiz to say “he will be my nappy-headed ho” referring to Rashad Evans?

In a resent interview with Chris Howie of MMANews.com Ortiz discussed his justification for being able to say that he would make Rashad Evens his “nappy-headed ho”. Aside from being Mexican Ortiz used the common excuse “one of my best friends is black” to justify the earlier statement. Ortiz seemed to claim that since one of his best friends is Rampage Jackson who is African American it was O.K. to make a statement like that.

One might think that after a similar comment cost another public figure their job he probably could have used something more original to insult Evans with.

Yes, it’s ok for Ortiz to call Evans a nappy headed ho. What’s the big freaking deal? Evans may or may not be a ho ho, but he does have nappy hair - and there is nothing wrong with that. He’s black!
Black people are so sensitive about being black and having black features instead of loving and celebrating their blackness.
And politically correct whites, as well as blacks, continue to feed this ridiculous hyper sensitivity.

WHO CARES. Tito didn’t say anything about him being black; Heck, Jews get made fun of for having Jew fros so whatever.
I think Rashad is a physically tough guy and this probably won’t bother is emotional toughness.
