Forrest went totally douche bag from the ring runaway to the interview and now this? Log in to Reply woadito July 16, 2012 everybody should use TRT to even the playing field. Log in to Reply DavidJones July 16, 2012 i agree this TRT bs is getting out of hand and too many are doing it; if u dont make test’, its time to retire or adopt a healthier lifestyle perhaps. Log in to Reply martialist July 17, 2012 I agree. I thought UFC’s moto was “as real as it gets.” Tito is right. I don’t believe in TRT even it’s legal. It’s a legal way of cheating. Let’s not turn UFC into the Olympics. I want to see fighters compete naturally using their body and fighting skills. There is a sense of “pureness” in fighting, especially when it’s 1 vs 1. Let’s not ruin that. Log in to Reply bobo July 17, 2012 Tito is a douche but I have to agree with him on this… leave the roided up freak shows to the japanese fight comps Log in to Reply my opinion July 17, 2012 Everyone should use TRT or ROIDS then.. even playing field for all.. maybe for a future organization called “Final Fight”. (life after the UFC) Log in to Reply ironfist July 17, 2012 tito looked like he needed trt for the last 7 years. Log in to Reply kung fu k9 July 17, 2012 sucks for tito, maybe he could of won his retirement fight if forrest wasn’t on it. Log in to Reply FailSonnen July 17, 2012 Agreed Log in to Reply knuckles July 17, 2012 frequent and random drug tests needed. end of discussion Log in to Reply axe pittbull July 17, 2012 Tito’s not on HGH? Yeah right! Log in to Reply Grape Soda July 17, 2012 Waaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!! Log in to Reply Ruddo293 July 17, 2012 I agree, people are using this TRT just to gain advantage over the competition. I think there should be something in place and they should evaluate all other options before prescribing synthetic testosterone to fighters. I know there are natural ways to increase your levels without the use of TRT. Check your diet, increase fat intake… healthy fats, raise your hormone levels..etc. Oh well, it’s only going to get worse and soon a lot more fighters will be using it…. Log in to Reply boonching July 17, 2012 @woadito- hell yeah, the return of pride Log in to Reply ness2k July 17, 2012 Whats TCT? Log in to Reply halo666 July 17, 2012 Tito you suck. Get over it. Sore loser Log in to Reply redraw July 17, 2012 yeah, its ridiculous! if you medically need it, take just enough to be normal, 1:1! TRT users lost my respect. Log in to Reply ultimate fighter July 17, 2012 sore loser, tainting an already stained legacy Log in to Reply SMASH July 17, 2012 what the hell?? he didnt say anything about forrest i haven’t heard shit about forrest griffin failing a test Log in to Reply OhBoy July 17, 2012 He didn’t even mention Griffin’s name. Log in to Reply OhBoy July 17, 2012 A normal male’s T:E ratio can go to, but rarely exceeds 4:1. Even if that threshold is reached; further testing is needed, namely a CIR test. Log in to Reply MP July 17, 2012 I had testicular cancer and TRT has changed my life for the better. Athletes need a CLEAR medical condition before going on TRT. Becoming older is not a medical condition. Log in to Reply x July 17, 2012 You only have 3 fights to ensure a new short-term future in the UFC… If fighters were contracted as regular employees the abuse of substances would probably be somewhat lower… Log in to Reply x July 17, 2012 Job security… Log in to Reply tobes July 17, 2012 It already is an epidemic. Seemingly everyone is getting on this train. Damn shame if you ask me. Taking away from the sport. Log in to Reply facephucke July 17, 2012 agree martialist… a sense of “pureness” lets not ruin that Log in to Reply Krio July 17, 2012 @martialist You stupid pig, everybody uses steroids, DO YOU UNDERSTAND? Log in to Reply facephucke July 17, 2012 even Forest thought he lost and walked away what a ****ing baby…he only won cause of gay ass low leg kicks (his LK). Not a Forest fan…never was Tito should have got the W in his last fight…cause he earned it Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick July 17, 2012 @redraw Yeah if you are doing TRT because you “need it” like all those cheaters say, then you need it to be 1:1 not 6:1. Log in to Reply NoSheeps July 17, 2012 Don’t be sheep! It’s high time we start embracing science and technology. We all know that strength and endurance even the playing field of unmatched skill. We only believe that it is an unfair advantage because of the media seeking storylines. The truth is, we need to not to focus on detection but focus on allowing science to evolve with what is important to pro athletes, and that’s peak physical condition in which to perform at the absolute highest level. THAT is what I want to see! Log in to Reply TRTSteve July 17, 2012 I had a very physical job working construction and was getting outworked by younger guys so I started taking TRT to see if it would help. So after a month I was totally outworking everyone and was stronger than ever and eventually got promoted to the off site office TRT leveled the playing field in regular life not just sports. TRT turned me into a bigger beast than I was a 20 and I am all for it. Log in to Reply TRTSteve July 17, 2012 oh and screw being 1:1 try like 7:1 thats the level you wanna be at Log in to Reply mma made easy July 17, 2012 I think its funny how people get mad at TRT but not at coconut milk or drinking plenty of water. Its just another way to make the body better. Should we make a vegan diet illegal? Having said that, Forrest looked horrible in that fight, so, maybe it wasn’t working for him all that well… Log in to Reply NoSheeps July 17, 2012 @TRTSteve Amen brother! Just seek to be the best at whatever you do! I am not a fan of the media dictating the way sports should be played. They seek a contreversy not the reality.Sports played a hundred years ago for the sanctuary of record keeping is one thing, but finding out who is the best NOW under all circumstances, pushes the envelope, and I like it.Hell, I think that Forrest could hit as many HR’s as Babe Ruth, given the right conditions.Who are we to say that science can’t evolve? After all, it’s for the best. Log in to Reply Oswald Cobblepott July 17, 2012 TRT is for losers! These types of drugs were created to help people live normal lives due to medical illness not to create Warriors. Log in to Reply Dr. July 17, 2012 I’m more surprised when I hear about a fighter NOT on TRT. For the number of fighters in the UFC, Strikeforce and Bellator (not including regional shows because they don’t get the same level of exposure), the number of fighters using TRT seems high. I get that some guys are just naturally low, but come on, why should you get to have that advantage (especially if low T can be linked to prior steroid use)? If the accepted level is 6:1, ALL fighters should be allowed to be at 6:1. If you are under 40, you shouldn’t need help. If you are over 40, unless you are a freak like Couture, you probably aren’t fighting. Log in to Reply SEAN_VANCE July 17, 2012 If youre on TRT u should be out of the UFC, that simple. What a coincidence all these guys need TRT…hmm I wonder what got them to need it…hmmmm Log in to Reply anakonda July 17, 2012 So it’s “leagal”? Terrible, there should be total ban. If you have short hands can you use baseball bat in a fight? Come on, it’s a “medical condition”. This is insane. Shame on UFC and Forrest. It’s not legal, but it does grow from the ground. 😉 Log in to Reply pinkelephantsmarching July 17, 2012 …. all this time I thought it was called THC…I personally don’t know what the big issue is about? I can’t believe the commission actually allows that crap! Log in to Reply Schism July 22, 2012 Real champs don’t need that crap! Anderson beat a TRT Roid up Chael twice. Dos Santos didn’t need it. Jose Aldo don’t need it. So if you can’t get your testosterone up to the right levels, just quit ****in cheaters!!! Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
