That was at GoldenWest College in Huntington Beach. It was open fist slap boxing with only kicks below the waist. There is actually a DVD with this fight on it.

Tito might be struggling to beat top fighters these days, but this is a reminder of how much stronger Tito is than the average guy. Back in the day Tito use to physically dominate most of his opponents, even in the UFC. Cool to see a old and rare video like this
