I just finished watching Herring Vs Nogueira… and I got to say… I don’t think Sylvia will beat Nog. Herring is way more agile on the ground than Sylvia. And probably more experienced on the ground since in Pride there was no shame in grappling like UFC.

I can see Nog submitting Sylvia early in the first round.
