Boetsch JKD. Though vs Sonnen, Bisbane, or Silva, I don’t think Tim has the all around skill set to win, but I love his fights.

WTF happened?!?! The first two rounds all I was thinking about was how bad yushin was going to beat Anderson in their 3rd fight. Oh well, Hopfully he keeps at it, and works on his heart and grit, because that’s what holds him back. He looked really good though, but Tim Boetsch is a beast and we all knew that. The Japanese now know that too. I love how they purely enjoy a good fight, and a good story, regardless as to whether their boy is on the raw end or not. And they always applaud the winner.

According to Joe Rogan, Anderson Silva is a “ninja” and a “Jedi Knight”. lol! Have to love Rogan. Sad to see Okami lose after such dominant rounds. Props to Boesch for bringing it in the 3rd, though.

Okami seems almost a bit too technical in this fight. A lot of his jabs were great and were causing a lot of superficial damage, but he seemed somewhat complacent even while attacking. He did throw two knees with some real intent, but otherwise something was lacking. Contrast that with how Boetsch attacked the instant he sensed trouble. Tim still looks like he could drop another weight class if he wanted to.

Great comeback and disassembly of Okami by Boetsch. Those Uppercuts were so extreme they turned into Overcuts. I have never seen anyone else throw them at the extreme angle Tim was! Well done Boetsch!
I like Rogan and Goldy to a point, but Joe is the world’s worst to get in one fighters jock, blaze up a spleef and go on a rambling jag about how great fighter A is while deftly ignoring 90% of what fighter B is doing.

Tim got a great advice from his couch, if tim’s coach was okami’s coach I think okami could have won, okami was a little to confident and loose, okami should have been adviced by his coach to be right on top of it concentrate on his defense but he got too loose and thought he had it,
good for tim thought for taking the right approach and put his all in the last round.

Okami was way too relaxed and didn expect that… okami should of ended this fight when he could which was basically anytime. Tim is a bum and wont beat anyone else good anyway he got lucky period.

This bout is the definition of HEART. Tim excellent comeback and Tko. Okami’s game drastically improved after his loss against Silva respect for both fighters.
