I fell asleep half an hour in. Mazzagatti was in his worst form. Early stoppage after early stoppage, I would have knocked the s*** out of him had I been the one who got the loss. I am not liking this “live” thing they are pitching. Too much crap that needs to be cut isn’t.

I like the new system very much. One round, win or go home. adds a new dynamic to the fights, very intriguing.
And you ask why the early stoppages? My guess is probably because these are not professional bouts (to my knowledge). Don’t need guys getting the tihs beat out of here. Besides those dudes werent complaining.
And the guy Lawrence? Wow. Didn’t expect that awesome stand-up, quite honestly. Watch out for that guy

I didn’t like the live thing, it was boring and too much crappy footage. They need to go back to the old format, there was some horrible stoppages in this event that 8 sec KO was really bad, that guy looked like he could of recorvered to me.

I’m sure the 1 round fights were just for the first show. They had 16 fights to put on. In past seasons the first wave of fights TUF would only air the exciting ones and just show the winner of the lack luster fights. From this point on there will only be 1 fight an episode which I’d imagine will be 2 rounds; if need be a sudden death 3rd round. I thought most of the fights were great, they need commentary though, the quiet banter between Dana and the coaches didn’t cut it for me. Can’t wait for the next episode…. . .. .
