I was glad to see May get knocked out, all the false hype about himself being the best and it turns out he sucked, maybe if he would have actually conditioned unstead of being lazy he would have staned a better chance. They both looked tired at the end but i think matt brown will do great with his mma career he just needs to condition a little more.

after seeing this fight i don’t get why everyone on the show was talking about how tough matt brown is. if those guys think matt brown is tough then they are all f**ked any real fighter could beat matt and his meat at the same time. that said watching jeremy may and his jeremy jitsu get kicked in the face was fantastic.

May’s a bitch - if he had actually trained for this fight, he might have had more gas but it wouldn’t have mattered. Brown was clearly the more patient, focused, and deadly fighter.

That said, there’s no way he gets through to the UFC. There’s not a Couture, Griffin, or Danzig among these competitors. The winner will just be the one who sucked least.

it’s not so much a lack of skill as it is a lack of focus. This was indeed a after school fight but I don’t think matt brown’s next fight will look like this his bjj is solid. He wanted to make him pay not finish quick he had this fight and he knew it.

I don’t care how the technique was. As fighters we put our reputation on the line and people like Jeremy makes us look bad. I guess that sells ratings, since a bunch of people watch it. But, technique or no technique, I’m just glad Jeremy’s obnoxiousness, taunting, and “talk” was shut for a few minutes with Matt’s foot.
